Privacy Policy

BizzMe is a billing and stock app for shops, published by Muhammed Asbah Riyas ("BizzMe", "we", "us"). This policy explains what the BizzMe app and this website collect, why, who else handles it, and how you can have it deleted. It covers the BizzMe apps for Android and iPhone and the web app at app.bizzme.in.
What we collect

Permissions the app asks for
- Bluetooth, to find and connect to a receipt printer.
- Location, only because Android and iOS require it to scan for Bluetooth printers. We do not store or send your location.
- Camera and photos, only when you choose a photo to upload.
- Notifications, to show the notifications described above. You can turn them off in your phone's settings at any time.
The app does not read your phone's contact list.
Your customers' information
When you save a customer or supplier, you are giving us their name, phone number and balance so the app can keep your records. You are responsible for having a reason to hold that information and for how you contact them. If you turn on payment reminders, we use your customers' names, phone numbers and outstanding amounts to send those reminders on your behalf.
Who else handles your information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the app:
- Google Firebase and Google Cloud store your account and records, send notifications, run our server code and provide analytics. Their servers may be outside India.
- Razorpay processes subscription payments.
- WhatsApp and other apps you share to receive only what you choose to share, such as a bill or a reel.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and records for as long as your account exists, so they are there when you renew or change phones. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account and your shop's records, except anything we must keep by law, such as payment records.
Deleting your account
A shop admin can delete the account from Settings, then Delete Account in the app. Anyone can also ask us to delete their account by calling or sending a WhatsApp message to +91 96330 60453 from the mobile number on the account.
Your choices
- You can see and correct your account details in the app under Update Profile.
- You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, using the contact details below.
- You can turn off notifications in your phone's settings.
Security
Your data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with Google Firebase, and only signed-in users of your shop can reach it. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and remove staff logins you no longer use.
Children
BizzMe is made for shop owners and their staff. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
This website
This website does not use cookies or analytics. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, which, like any web server, receives your IP address when your browser asks for them. The site remembers your language and theme choice in your own browser only.
Changes
When this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you in the app first.
