Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Muhammed Asbah Riyas, who publishes BizzMe ("BizzMe", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the BizzMe app, you agree to them. If you use BizzMe for a shop or business, you agree on its behalf.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by staff logins you create.
- Remove staff logins when someone stops working for you.
Free trial
A new account can use BizzMe free for 7 days from sign-up. After the trial, you need a paid plan to keep using the app.

- You pay inside the app through Razorpay. The price shown in the app when you pay is the price that applies.
- A plan runs until the expiry date shown in the app. Plans do not renew automatically. To continue, you renew in the app.
- We may change prices for future plans. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
- Payments are for the full period and are not refunded for unused time, except where the law requires it. If a payment went through but your plan did not activate, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will fix it or refund the extra charge.
Your data
The bills, products, customer and supplier records you enter belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to run BizzMe for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to store your customers' details and for how you contact them.
Your responsibilities
- BizzMe helps you keep records. It does not give tax, GST or accounting advice. Check that your bills and records meet the rules that apply to your business.
- Keep a copy of important records. You can share any bill or report as a PDF.
- Do not use BizzMe to break the law, to mislead customers, to send messages people have not agreed to receive, or to try to access another shop's data.
Reels
Reels in the app are provided for promoting your own shop. You may share them on social media and messaging apps. Do not edit them to make false claims, and do not resell them. The offer text you add is your responsibility. We may remove a reel from the app at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep BizzMe running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features. If we stop offering BizzMe altogether, we will give paying users notice and a way to export their records.
Ending your account
You can stop using BizzMe and ask us to delete your account at any time, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why where we reasonably can.
Liability
BizzMe is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts in Kerala, India.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use BizzMe after that means you accept the new terms.
